How do I work?
In the drying process, the powdery, granulate, sawdust shaped raw materials are added to the drying room through conveying equipment, so that the raw materials and the air can flow together. Under the action of high temperature airflow, raw materials are dried quickly. The material will be dried to a moisture less than 5%, reaching the users’ demand.
What can I do for you?
GEMCO’s airflow dryer uses high temperature air for heat medium to dry materials, applicable to dry granulate materials less than 3mm in diameter, less than 5mm in length, such as rice husks, sawdust, wood chips etc. Those raw materials suspended in the air under the effect of fan after entering the drying furnace, fully mix with heat flow, and get dried very quickly. According to the raw materials’ humidity, the machine can be assembled with single or double ovens.
