what makes small pellet mills special

sawdust pellet machine
Our company introduced advanced technology, with continuous improvement and innovation, we successfully developed the ZLSP series small pellet mills. The ZLSP sawdust small pellet mill can compress the biomass waste into quality pellets, which adapt to the international market demand as renewable biomass energy.

GEMCO small pellet mills have the following characteristics:

  1. This type of small pellet mills adopt the round roller which can help the pellet machine to avoid dislocation between the wheel and the mould plate. The round roller reduces the resistance of roller operation, lower the kinetic energy loss and prolong the service life of the mould. Round roller is the biggest difference between GEMCO small pellet mill and other similar equipment.
  2. The size of the mould plate holes can be adjusted according to the types of the raw materials, regardless of what materials used, GEMCO small pellet mill makes sure that you get quality pellets.
  3. The roller of GEMCO’s small pellet mill is large in size, with width slot, pressure-bearing and wear-resisting. Pelletizing wood chips or straw takes a lot of pressure, so the roller part is the centerpiece of the entire pellet making machine. The small pellet mills can enlarge the roller freely, that is an advantage which is unmatched by other similar equipment. For example, ring-die pellet mill’s ring die mould has a limited diameter, it can’t fit a bigger roller, so that the machine can’t generate greater pressure even you need it to.
  4. GEMCO’s small pellet mill adopt more than one press rollers, the rollers are uniformly distributed, so the machine runs smoothly. Meanwhile, the small pellet mills add a compress zone, which can increase the productivity greatly.
  5. The small pellet mill has a observation window. So it is convenient for the operators to check machine status at any time and to maintain the machine.

GEMCO’s small pellet mill is mainly used in coarse fiber pelletizing. The raw materials for pellet processing include: sawdust, rice husks, straw, cottonseed husks, weeds and other crops wastes, as well as garbage, factory waste and other materials that are hard to shape.
