Why The Straw Pellet Machine Unit Makes So Much Noise

• There may be part of the bearings of the straw pellet machine unit have problems, so that the machine operation is not normal. At this point, the operating current will fluctuate. The working current is on the high side.
  The solution is to check or replace the bearings.
• Ring mode blocking, only part of the mold hole discharge. When the ring die enters into foreign body, the ring die is out of circle, the gap between the pressing roll and the pressing die is too tight, the pressure roll is worn out, and the pressure roller bearing is damaged, so that the pressure roll can't rotate will produce vibration.
  The solution is to check or replace the ring die and adjust the roller clearance.
• The coupling corrects the unbalance, has the deviation from the left and the right, the particle opportunity has the vibration, and the tooth shaft oil seal is easy to damage. 
  The solution is to adjust the couplings to the horizontal line.
• The spindle is not tightened. The loosening of the spindle will cause axial movement, the roll swinging is obvious, the noise of the granulator is vibrating and the granulation is difficult.
  The solution is to tighten the spindle-end butterfly spring and round nut.

The noise of straw pellet machine unit is always caused by improper operation or the machine itself has a problem, the problem should be solved immediately, otherwise it will reduce the service life of straw pellet machine unit and its equipment, cause unnecessary loss.
